Muhlenberg County High School will be hosting a scholarship fair for seniors on Thursday, October 30th from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. We would like to give our community organizations and individuals the chance to meet the students they will be helping reach their post-secondary goals with their generous scholarships. If you or your organization will be offering a scholarship for the class of 2026, please contact Hanna Southerland at Muhlenberg County High School (hanna.southerland@muhlenberg.kyschools.us or 270-338-0040). Attendance at the scholarship fair is not required. If you would still like to offer the scholarship, but are unable to participate, please contact Mrs. Southerland to make sure the school has the most up-to-date application.
Muhlenberg Achieves and KHEAA will be hosting a FAFSA workshop for seniors in the library from 9:00-3:00 tomorrow, 10/3/25.
The Felix Martin Dual Credit scholarship application form was sent to all MCHS seniors' school email addresses this morning. This scholarship is supplemental to the basic tuition scholarships offered through the state. Money is awarded based on need. Students must fill out the short application to be considered. The application will close on Friday, October 3rd at 3 pm.

Starting this Friday, I will be offering office hours for any senior needing help with college applications, FAFSA, recommendation letters, help with online dual credit classes, etc. It is NOT mandatory for seniors, just now available, should you need it. These sessions will be held during Herd Huddle on club days. If you need help with something and are either in a club that meets or are not in the building during Herd Huddle, please use the regular form to meet with a counselor at some other time. I have included the link below to sign up for office hours. This form needs to be filled out by 9:00 am each Friday.

All new students and returning students from homeschool must come to the school to enroll.
You will not receive a schedule during Open House if you do not complete this in-person enrollment because you are not enrolled yet.

ATTN Seniors who purchased cap & gowns from Jostens, the second delivery is here, they are in the Guidance office. Everyone should have a cap & gown that was purchased; if not, come to the Guidance Office.
Senior Breakfast Pictures - There will be a backdrop and balloon arch set up at senior breakfast. A single will be $5, and a group photo will be $10. Students can pay with cash that morning. The backdrop will be set up at 8:00 am and remain up until breakfast is over. All pictures will be emailed to the student.
