Application
Application Deadline: May 10, 2026

Some students have yet to complete the process of applying for their KHEAA scholarship (setting preferences) through their KHEAA account. Would you please help us by checking with your child to determine whether or not they have taken the necessary steps to secure scholarships for their dual credit courses?
This is not a process that we can complete for them, so their access to these scholarships is dependent on each student taking the initiative to make their requests.
If your child has no dual credit courses this semester, please disregard this message.
If your child has already completed the process, they don't need to do so again.
If you or your child has questions, please reach out to their counselor.
Scan the QR Code below for a lDirections to complete processist of step-by-step instructions for completing the process.
If you have questions, please contact your counselor for assistance.
If any student currently enrolled in an online WKU dual-credit course wants to drop the class, they have until Sunday, February 15th to do so without owing any fees. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Southerland in the counseling office.

.SENIORS: Please check that your name is spelled correctly in IC. If it is not, notify Shannon in the Guidance Office ASAP so your diploma can be corrected.
