I am thrilled to return to administration at Muhlenberg County High School as Principal!  Previously, I have served in educational administration for 6 years and as a high school mathematics teacher for 13 years.  After graduating from Muhlenberg South High School in 1997, I attended the University of Kentucky where I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in Secondary Mathematics Education.  I then moved to Bloomington-Normal, Illinois and attended Illinois State University, earning my second master's degree in Educational Administration and Foundations, while teaching at Normal Community High School.

My husband, Jason, and I have 3 children who are students at MCHS.  I enjoy being a mom and attending all of their activities, which include soccer, volleyball, cheer, choir and theater.

My favorite part of this role is connecting with and supporting the students and staculty of MCHS!  Go Mustangs!!!

I am currently in my second year in administration as an assistant principal. I have been in education for 14 years which began teaching business for 4 years at Dawson Springs Jr/Sr High School. After Dawson Springs, I taught business for 3 years and math for 6 years both at Muhlenberg County High School.

I am a graduate of Muhlenberg South High School, class of 2000. After high school, I played golf collegiately at Brescia University and Kentucky Wesleyan College. I graduated from KWC with a bachelors in Business Administration in December of 2004. Once I graduated college, I began working at a local bank and coaching high school baseball. Working with middle and high school aged athletes inspired me to become an educator. I then obtained a bachelors from Western Kentucky University in Business and Marketing Education. Since I have obtained two masters degrees from University of the Cumberlands in School Administration and Secondary Math Education.

Outside of school I enjoy sports, DIY projects, and cooking. I have coached baseball for 17 years, golf for 7 years, and girls basketball for 4 years.
