Class of 2023 Graduation is officially set for May 19, 2023 at 7:30pm in Mustang Stadium. Congratulations to all of our graduates and we look forward to seeing you there.

Lots of Spring Sports Action today in Mustang Nation.......... First, our tennis team will compete at home against Ohio County at 4:30 this afternoon at South Middle School. Also, at home tonight, our baseball team is competing against Warren East. It will be a varsity only game beginning at 6:00 and will also be played at South Middle. Finally, we will host our first home track meet tonight at Mustang Stadium. The event will begin at 5:30. Tomorrow, our baseball team will be at home at 5:30 against Barren County for one final tune-up game before they head south for Spring Break. The girls (softball) and boys (baseball) will both be traveling to Fort Walton to play their tournaments over Spring Break. We will keep our school social media pages updated with results as they come in. We wish the best of luck to all of our athletes tonight, tomorrow, and all next week.

Next week is StuCo's first ever Spring Fling Week. We plan to have some fun with spirit dress-up days and encourage attendance at our showcased Spring events (the week was scheduled to begin 3/18 highlighting our Bass Fishing Team; however, I'm hearing their tournament has been canceled so we will now begin on Monday, 3/20). Mustang Baseball wins against Owensboro 10-2

Softball beats Whitesville Trinity 10-3. Josie Davis got the win on the mound. She also had a grand slam to break at 2-2 tie.

Congrats MCHS Fishing Team! Brock Vincent & Dade Vincent finished 2nd place with 8.22 lbs., Blake Likens & Travis Wells finished 3rd place with 8.15lbs, and Dylan Eubanks won big fish with 4.55lbs! The team won overall team weight!

The Mustang Battalion at MCHS presented a Superintendent Orientation this morning for Superintendent Orr and Mr. Ken Carver. The presentation included details of the Mustang Battalion and the variety of programs/activities/events they experience throughout the year.

Congratulations to our MCHS Relay team. They competed at the State Competition in Louisville this morning in the 4X800. Aidan Bilbro, Landon Groves, Jake Strader and Bryce Revo finished 3rd place at the Indoor Track and Field. Great race, only 5 seconds behind the winner!

Due to heavy wind and thunderstorms moving our way, all Muhlenberg County Schools will be closed today, March 3. This will be NTI Day #5. Students should access their classes via Google Classroom and on regular schedule. Teachers will be available to students in case any help is needed. Everyone stay safe.

Everyone head over to the O'boro Sportscenter!! Our girls have a big matchup against Owensboro tonight at 7:45. The winner advances to play in the semi-finals on Friday night. Tickets are still available. It's a big night for our school and our girls' program. If you are unable to make it, it will be broadcast on 107.3 FM. Go Lady Mustangs!!!!!
