The Junior and Senior Beta Club chapters of Muhlenberg County displayed their exceptional talents at the Regional Leadership Summit in Bowling Green, Kentucky, held over two days. During this event, students actively engaged in a variety of competitions, showcasing their Beta character traits, and embodying the core values of the Muhlenberg County Profile of a Learner.

Demonstrating their commitment as engaged citizens, they created impactful service projects for the Project Proposal category, aiming to create a positive impact on our local community. Their ability to act as skilled communicators and effective collaborators was demonstrated in the Collaboration Connection, where they efficiently tackled group tasks within specified timeframes. Moreover, their innovativeness and creative problem-solving abilities were put to the test in the Lead Outside The Box competition, where they tackled thought-provoking prompts, demonstrating their ability to think innovatively solve problems in a condensed timeframe.

In a remarkable achievement, all three clubs qualified in an impressive total of nine different areas, earning the privilege to advance to the National Beta Convention. A special mention goes to Reece Harper from North Middle, who was selected as the Leadership Representative for KY Junior Beta. Reece not only represents his school but also has the opportunity to run at the National Convention. All sponsors are so proud of the collective success between the three clubs!
